Functional Personal training

  • Restoring functionality to trauma-points like muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints.

  • Restoring your joints’ function so you can move with less pain and more efficiently

  • Coordinating the function from your big toe to the tip of your head so you can move with more confidence; combat the effects of illnesses like Parkinsons; and comfortably adjust to different surface areas, like carpet, hard-wood, and sand on a beach or golf course.

  • Bringing in movements that are relevant to your preferred or targeted sports, like rotating down to the ground to catch a ball, reaching up and back for swimming, or twisting with power and efficiently for a better golf swing. *Able to work towards movements for any sport or hobby

  • Prepare for or recover from a planned surgery or joint replacement by bringing your body through daily life movements that you wouldn’t traditionally get during physical therapy. Coordination with your PT is highly encouraged (but not required( so our exercise plan has optimal results.

Traditional Personal training

  • Gina helped someone lose 30 lbs. within 3.5 months, and she kept it off for years after. Life is about balance and enjoying the things you love with moderation in mind.

  • Perinatal fitness is crucial to ensuring you and baby have an easier delivery and recovery period! Mental health and stress reduction will also come into play.

  • Hormones come into play during and post-menopause and affect how our muscles work and recover. This would directly impact your goals without customized exercises, but we’ll have you covered!

  • Balance, bone density (including osteoporosis), and flexibility are necessities to minimize fall risks and help you get stronger. (Food for thought: An 81-year-old I train can do more push-ups than my 20-year-olds!)

  • Endorphins are a huge benefit to personal training that will reduce cortisol, the stress hormone that may sabotage your fitness progress. We’ll bring humor and fun to your sessions to make the sessions interactive and bring you into a welcoming space every time.

  • Personalized group fitness, straight to you. Prepare to have your back-side feel the burn!
